" I started with the Green Gym in August 2009 and did the first 20 week programme. I liked meeting people and being involved in the community. I really enjoyed being in the woodland and the schools projects, although the church project seemed to go on forever! I feel more confident and much less stressed. "

Tracy

" It is lovely to be engaged with people. There is no one here from my own country but I don’t feel like an outcast. More like family. The more you get to know people the more they are willing to help. "
